When you create an account we collect your name, email address, work station, role, and shift schedule. You may optionally provide a phone number and profile photo.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to match you with coworkers for shift swaps, send notifications about matches and messages, and improve the app experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Information Shared With Other Users

Your name, role, station, and shift availability are visible to other SwapRebel users at your station. Your phone number is only shown after a swap is matched, if you choose to provide it.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@swaprebel.com.

5. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about matches, messages, and swap activity. You can disable these in your device settings.

6. Third Party Services

SwapRebel uses Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). These services have their own privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

SwapRebel is not intended for users under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
